Andy has more than 20 years experience of business planning working in blue chip companies including John Lewis, Parker Pen and Gillette. As the Supply Director for Newell Rubbermaid he implemented IBP across all of its European sites, driving significant performance improvements in customer service, sales and cash-flow.
Andy has operated as an independent consultant for 5 years, latterly supporting Babcock Marine and Technology division, delivering the S&OP and IBP process.
Simon implemented IBP methodologies across global supply chains within AstraZeneca as Head of Supply Planning. He has 20 years experience of improving customer service and productivity using lean thinking and industry best practice. Simon has supported Babcock as a consultant for 4 years culminating in the role of Supply Chain Director in Defence Systems Technology.
Simon is currently supporting Glaxo Smith Kline, leading the supply chain transformation programme in one of their global manufacturing sites.

Rob is a Senior Business Development Director with 25 years experience working for KPMG and Unilever in the UK and overseas. He has deep experience in working with both Professional Services and Consumer Markets in both a B2B and B2C capacity.
Rob has a strong corporate network over a number of the key user sectors for Teal including Accountancy, Private Equity, Consultancy, Banking and Legal. He has helped advise client boards on business strategy and growth through innovative and flexible resourcing solutions.
Jayne has worked as an information specialist with some of the top North-West medical communication agencies for over 25 years. She has helped deliver and communicate projects to internal teams as well as clients at senior levels. Her skill sets are varied but include medical research and information, project management, use of database systems as well as design.
